About PSC

The Shared Services Payroll function, operates out of 14 Great Victoria Street in Central Belfast. The centre of excellence was established in 2014  to provide  a regional Payroll service to 16 HSC Organisations across Northern Ireland which includes Payroll, Travel and Subsistence.

Our team work to ensure that employees across the HSC  are paid effectively and efficiently.  The team’s work is wide-ranging and diverse and provides a vital function which underpins the smooth efficient running of the HSC to include  processing new starters, responding to employee queries in a timely manner in relation to a range of absences that include sickness and maternity.

Our day to day services to HSC Organisations include:

Processing new starters and leavers

Uploads of enhancements from Electronic Rosters

Processing timesheets

Maternity  and sickness queries

Processing deductions from weekly and monthly salaries
